Verbo Magia: Create PDF documents with index section

This class can create PDF documents with index section.

It can extend the FPDF class and can add named sections with text content.

The class inserts an index of the sections in the beginning of the document with links to the respective content sections.

It support chapters, sub-chapters and sub-items. The index can be made with numbers or letters, and images.
