How do I install the class to provide security on a subdomain? Must I rewrite the document file structure references or can I simply change a few variables.

When all files are in the subdomain, the file path in DOCUMENT_ROOT does not seem to be correct. Are there PHP Contants that I should substitute for portability or does the class not support this type of structure?
